Days in a life…

Day One – Blank canvas

Monday 20th April – week 5 of lockdown. Over the last four weeks I have been going through my long overdue ‘to-do’ list and catching up with all the things that when, under normal circumstances, the busy-ness of life usually stands in the way. Tidying the office, weeding the garden, trimming the hedge, cleaning the house, the patio, the windows, the barbecue, the car and the campervan… Finally, it’s time to get into my little studio and attend to some artwork before all my paints dry up.

I have two pieces that I want to complete – one that I have been promising to do for months; the other is to hang at work on a currently very blank wall in a newly refurbished area.
